How the hell is it Friday?
Hey everyone
hope you are all well, I have no idea where this week has gone...I feel like it has been just a long blur...
seriously does anyone have any concrete memories of this week...is this an x-files like mind wipe phenomenon that we should be looking into.
In all seriousness thank you to everyone for playing a long and rating their blogs yesterday...honestly I was hoping for an R rating....I am assuming I would have gotten one but I did write to the Nancy Drew girl the day before....so I think that bumped me down....I willprobably try and rate my blog again later so I am going to try to make it edgy...so here goes.

So I have been swamped with artsy stuff lately which has been good, and keeping very busy amidst a trifecta of mini etsy crisis, lost packages, reserved items being ourchased by the wrong person, unhappy customer...and the like...
sigh, so that made yesterday a day where I sent out about 5245274574 emails....I have now solved one crisis and put another behind me...the only one left is the case of the missing packages (oooooh, that sounds like Nancy Drew).
Speaking of Nancy Drew....my bubs and I went down the street to the little used book store and I found a wonderful old Nancy Drew book, of the same vintage that I read when I was a kid, a early 1970's version with the hardcover...I flipped out and bought it, and then spent last night beginning to read "The Clue in the Crumbling Wall"...then my OCD kicked in and now I want tor ead them all again, so through the magic of Ebay I got three more coming to me soon...but you see I am very specific they need to be the vintage of me as a kid...not crazy old antique or 1990's photo covers...no way!!
So this is a mean cheese weekend which means the clock is ticking for me and I really should get to working so I can get stuff done, package things, clean the apartment and do menial chores before she gets here.
are you all going to have wonderful weekends??? DO something fun and drink some whiskey for me.

So far I have only had one lost package. And that was over a year ago. It was a pendant to Canada so it was really easy for me to remake it. My art on the other hand would kill me if it got lost.
Early this year I did have a package take two months to get to the person and that was just hell. I had tracking and found out that it had been sent from the buyers PO back to a marking center and was held up there for no reason and for who knows how long. The PO wouldn't give me my insurance money because it wasn't lost. But nobody could tell me when either one of us would get it. I offered her a refund out of my own pocket but she chose to wait. And a month later it appeared at her house!
I think I lost about a week of my life from that stress! I hope your missing packages find their way soon.
Ugh, these things always happen at once! I had once package take over a month, I offered money back as but finally it showed up one day. The postal service is just crazy. I hope everything is sorted out now and you can have a day of peace before the mean cheese arrives. Have a great weekend! Oh and I will drink plenty of anything and everything for you this weekend.
Wonderful post Jenn! Gotta say, I hope that you find some time to take out for yourself. You will be overloaded with things if not. I suppose I will have an alright weekend but just an alright one.

Speaking of Nancy Drew and your buying some on eBay... I just SOLD some on eBay today, to a guy in London. I had ten vintage Nancy Drew / Hardy Boys books and sold the lot of them. Wish I had known you were in the market.
