Bad Boys...Bad Boys...Whatcha' Gonna Do

good morning everyone.

How are you all now that Friday is here???

This week has been a strange one for me...I have been abnormally anti social online, so to those wonderful people I usually chat with and e mail with...I am sorry I have been MIA, there has just seemed to be so few hours in the day to get everything I want to done....but as of right now I am "caught up" sort of.

so I am hoping to be more sociable next week.

One thing that has been eating up a bunch of my time is....spying on my neighbors, yes I said dpying on my neighbors.

you see.....there was drama the other night at Chateau Hillbilly next door....

it was a quiet night when all of a sudden I notice a large group of police men outside...what the hell?????

there were 4 of them, 3 cars and 1 paddy wagon....and they were pounding on the neighbors door.

of course my bubs and I were 1 part freaked out, and 1 part really excited, you see I have always wanted to be on the show Cops, as the disturbed neighbor of a white trash couple....and this I felt was my shot, but alas....no tv crew.

DAMN.

anyway my bubs went outside to "take out the trash" and then tp "get something out of the van"

my bubs is so cool, he very casually asked the police "is everything okay?" and there answer was no...they asked what was up with mr hillbilly and my bubs said we had not seen him since about midnight the night before when he was outside...drunk.

the cops talked to mrs Hillbilly and then left....there was no sign of the Mr.

So, this made me get my Nancy Drew on.....I have noticed many odd clues...for a couple days their little girl was not home, and the Mr's vehicle is gone and he was no where....but now I know he is back, I saw him briefly with some other guy as they dashed into a car and then quickly dashed back in the house.

They are never outside anymore (they were always outside) and none of the doors or windows are open, and there are no lights on....even though I can hear them bumping around inside.

see....drama....I ahve a ton of versions of what I think is going on in my head....

crazy huh?

so you see between working etc, I really have been preoccupied, it's how I get when there is a mystery afoot.

any theories? I would love to hear them.

so do you all have wonderful plans this weekend? I plan on eating ice cream and making stuff...but that is what I always do...so I am also hoping that I can go see the new Nancy Drew movie this weekend, though my bubs in adamantly against it...he knows I love all things Nancy Drew....so he might cave in.

I have been making lots of new pieces for my shop, and also hopefully to Bring over to The Frame Station as well as another new place that wants some pieces....oh also, I will be getting more pocket mirrors in my shop this weekend, none of the older designs will be made again but there are a ton of new ones, and lots of "tree" themed ones, as I got a lot of e mails about the tree mirror I had before.

ok, that's enough of my babble...have a good weekend watch for a possible Saturday Night Sale in my shop too.

xoxo

Isn't it strange how excited and scared you can be at the same time when stuff like that goes down. I can't help but snoop when the cops show up and the drama unfolds.
It puts law and order to shame.

The new work is great. I've said it before but I'm so in love with your use of greens and yellows. It has a murky water look to it that evokes mystery. Love it.
I'd see nancy drew with you if your bubs can't. I had to drag roberto to waitress last week. I sit through enough zombie films so he can sit through a chic flic.

Yay for drama, especially when it's someone else's and not yours, ha ha! Hope you get the gossip and figure out what's going on...maybe watching the Nancy Drew movie will give you some good sleuthing ideas! :)

I loved Nancy Drew growing up, but I'm worried I won't love the movie...you'll have to screen it for us and give us the review, ok?

I don't know about the new Nancy Drew movie... I mean, Julia Roberts niece? She hardly looks like the next Meryl Streep. But maybe i'm being too bitchy. If you like it, i'll consider it.
Your neighbors sound crazy! I wonder what the real story is? very intriguing.
