through the Bermuda Triangle and back
good morning, how are all of you???
sorry I have been a no show in bloglandia as of late, to tell you the truth I just did not have it mentally to give for the past several days.
My mind as you can probably assume has been on a thousand different things and my work load has been pretty heavy, you see my bubs and I started to sell of some of our comics on ebay (again) so that is where my nights have gone to, leaving my days for creating a little shorter, add in the hours that I need to packages stuff, and the hours that I waste in poor time management and well...you have a girl who is a mess.
I am swearing to myself to be back on track after this week. I have a large project that needs to be done, as well as some small ones too.
Also....there might be a new addition to the Chateau Stiletto family....I believe we will know by Wednesday...and NO....it's not a baby, well not a human baby.
you see...we might be getting......
a little doggy.
AAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGGHHHHHHH
first, it's so cute you would all die, it looks like a little old man even though he is still just a pup, it's a Shorkie Tzu which is a designer hybrid dog, so that means no allergies...it also means I get to have a part yorkie which I love though my bubs says it's "not a dog" and "why does it always shake", and "is that a cat" every time he sees one, and my bubs can get a dog that has a beard and mustache like a dwarf (this is where the Shih Tzu part comes in).
SO anyway, it's not a 100% done deal but it's close...the dog was good with the mean cheese and more importantly she was good with the dog (she can be awfully rough for such a little thing), but the two littles seemed to take to each other.
The price is good on the dog....I mean not great but good and a lot better than the $2400 yorkie I wanted...I think this little mongrel is not as popular because he looks like a mutt, as my bubs said "a little punk rock dog".
though sadly he is a little too big to put in my Coach Tote that Jody gave me....so I guess that means I might have to save up to get a bigger bag to put him in when I go to Starbucks.
like anything in our lives getting a doggy now was not planned, we were thinking Spring, after my bubs got his tax refund and after the wedding...but we have the chance now...should we not take it?
Plus the other night I had a dream that we got a dog, I think it's a sign.
ok enough dog talk, I will keep you all posted on the saga
xoxo

Oh I'm so excited for you. I want to hear all the news on this little tyke.
Oh, how fabulous! You know that is why I gave you the little doggies for Christmas. I'm so excited for you.
I definitely think you should take the chance. I'm all for taking the opportunities when they come. That's why my house is filled with stuff for remodeling that I haven't gotten to yet.
Oh, a dog will be such fun! You know I'm all about having furbaby companions so go for it! Yay!
aw, the pup sounds adorable. I hope it works out, I can't wait to see pics of him. and I guess this means you are just going to need a bigger bag!
Exciting news! I hope all goes well with the dog.
Sorry to have been absent for so long--I've mostly kept reading, but didn't have a lot of time for commenting!
Congrats on the upcoming wedding, too!
I am 100% pro-dog. And I know you make all your decisions based on my opinion. ;)
no pictures?! i want to see how cute he is :)
I cna't wait to hear more about the "new" addition. Go for it!!!
I know where you can get a perfect size bag...SuperPetz. I will send a picture of the bag I have for the cats. They each get their own and the people at the vet said they have never seen this type. It is a really cool one.
Okay, bag problem solved...now go get'em. :-)
He may be silly looking, but nothing is as silly looking as Pedro the chipoodle that lives down the street from me.
No fur except for a little ratty beard and he must weigh all of five pounds. Five pounds of fury! Maeby has run from him. Now if that isn't pathetic I don't know what is. A 70lb greyhound running from a 5lb chipoodle.
Enjoy the world of dog mommidom.
