Once upon a dreary Tuesday...wait, I just did this

Morning.

OK first....I need to say something....(TARA...I am going to talk about dancing, but I am not going to spoil anything)

For those of you who watched Dancing With the Stars Last Night....um did you see Marie's freestyle...I am going to state right now for the record that it is going to be really (REALLY) hard for me not to write yet another faux letter to her this week, though I will admit to being scared as I lost a customer last time I wrote about her....but really. If you have not seen it, I recommend that all of you go to you tube or ABC.com or wherever it is you can go to watch....just to see it, it's like watching a nightmare come to life, and it's the scariest thing I have ever seen.

moving on.

are you all well this morning?? I hope so, me...well I am finding it hard to wake up today, why oh why can I not make money while asleep....can someone please figure out a way to get rich while napping, I swear we'll be bff's for life if you find a way.

Today I am working on a couple more commissions, finishing one and working a little more on the "big commission which "should" be finished on Thursday or Friday....cross your fingers for me.

Oh before I forget....Tara, thank you so very much for the lovely mail, and the ornaments, you are beyond words wonderful in every way. Thank you, thank you, thank you....as I said before, mail from you is like getting a hug.

Speaking of mail....another shout out to Karen Beth, who knows my love of beautiful images from magazines....she also knows my limited shoestring budget, so every so often I get an envelope of beautiful images sent to me....and this my dear ones, is splendid, to see the things that she ripped out with me in mind, so sweet. I get all tingly and feel really special.

So thank you to both of you darling ones.

with that I leave you with a couple "Romeo and Juliet" pieces from my shop.

I'm going to take your word for it on the Marie Osmond thing. Life's too short to be searching out video clips of that stuff. ;)

I have been catching up, the whole lost customer thing over a faux marie osmond letter is sort of hilarious. I mean your letters are so funny and for all we know you could secretly ADORE marie osmond, who really reveals the whole truth on a blog?

Budapest was SO lovely, I had a fabby time drinking lots of hot mulled wine along the cobblestone and window shopping and hugging MY bubs to stay warm. I had a bit of the stiletto in my head and stocked up on all the foreign Vogues and other fashion mags I could manage to carry back with me, my back hates me right now, but who cares, its all about FASHION! I am so happy the giving and sharing holiday is amongst us. I have missed you much!

If you ever find a way to make money while being asleep, please let me know. I am very tired today.

I wanted to DIE after watching Marie dance, and when I say dance I use the term loosely. She should be ashamed of herself, it was a mockery of the whole show and she was so happy and smiling when she received her sevens, loser. There, I said what you wanted to say.

I'm so glad you liked the package. Pictures please?

Ummmm....ya....I was really troubled by Marie's farce of a dance. Almost scared to tell you the truth and I actually had (up to a point...very fine point) kinda found a teeny weeny bit of respect for her after all she is almost fifty and I'm 38 and can barely get out of bed some days let alone booty shake in front of millions. Neither here nor there...it was SCARY! LOL

I have a technical question--do you use photo transfers on your artwork or do you glue them on with gel medium as is?
All of your work is lovely---and if you find a way to make money in your sleep--do share! :)

The artwork you posted for today is beautiful! Loving the blues! As for Marie Osmond, my mom and I watched her together and we were both frightend and sad for her. Pigtails and a wind up thingy? Oy!

We are having a bad week. Started on Sunday. Illness and stress.

I would check out the video but it might make me worse.

If Marie Osmond actually wins Dancing With the Stars, I'm going to stop watching forever. That doll thing was the creepiest thing I've ever seen.

I tell you, there's nothing like turning on the TV and having to get up and leave the room because there's something so uncomfortable on...but not being able to really leave because you can't believe your eyes...

Oh Jenn - the new pieces are stunning - the colours are so luminous I just love them.

Well perhaps I should be grateful we don't get the US version of dancing with the stars although we have our very own version here. It sounds hilarious and creepy all at the same time!
